This isn't just "splash-proof"—it can be fully submerged in 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. Combined with a Kevlar-reinforced cable and a high-quality speaker, this mic is built for the harshest Canadian environments, from logging roads to marine use.
🔌 Connector Check: For Waterproof Multi-Pin Radios
This mic uses a proprietary, multi-pin waterproof connector with a threaded screw. It is NOT a standard Kenwood 2-pin (K1) cable.
- FITS: Ailunce HD1 (DMR), Ailunce HD2 (DMR), Ailunce HA1UV (Analog), Retevis RT29 (Analog), Retevis RT87
- DOES NOT FIT: Any Baofeng, Quansheng, or other Retevis radios that use the 2-pin K1 connector (e.g., UV-5R, RT22, UV-K5).
