- Fill with 1.265 SG electrolyte to spec.
- Let it soak so the glass mat pulls in the electrolyte.
- Slow, high-frequency charge (~900 mA) to form the plates.
- Let it rest and verify it holds 12.6–12.8V.
- Final check. Then it ships ready to install.
