- High strength anaerobic threadlocker for heavy-duty applications 3/8" to 1" (10mm to 25mm)
- Especially well-suited for permanently locking studs and press fits
- Adds 3,000 PSI holding power on slip and press fit assemblies
- Replaces set screws and snap rings
- Locks against vibration loosening
- Seals against leakage
- Prevents rusting of threads
- Designed for use on vertical or hard-to-reach applications
- Cures without cracking or shrinking
- Adjusts or disassembles with hand tools
- No torque compensation required during assembly
- Easy Gel Twist™ applicator means user simply has to turn the dial on the bottom of the container until 1/8" to 1/4" (3mm to 6mm) of material protrudes from the top of the application tip
- Cure speed depends on the material used, ambient temperature, and application of a primer
- Reacts faster and stronger with active metals (soft steel iron, copper, brass, manganese, bronze, nickel, and aluminum alloy)
- Inactive metals require the use of a primer to obtain maximum strength and cure speed at room temperature (bright platings, anodized surfaces, titanium, zinc, pure aluminum, stainless steel, and cadmium)
- Excellent chemical resistance and temperature resistance range of -65°F to +300°F (-54°C to +149°C)
