Do I need to prime it?Answer
No manual priming required. Ensure the suction tube is fully submerged, the discharge hose is not kinked, and press ON.
Auto-stop didn’t engage—what should I check?Answer
- Keep the nozzle tip fully inside the receiving tank and avoid lifting it out during transfer.
- Reduce foaming: lower the flow by partially covering the air vent or reposition the nozzle angle.
- Ensure the receiving tank is vented (no pressure buildup).
- Verify hose is unkinked and suction tube is submerged.
Can I use it for DEF (AdBlue) or chemicals?Answer
Yes, This unit is designed for common fuels and non-potable water and can be used for DEF. Please contact for verification on chemicals or other fluids.
Can I add an extension hose or different nozzle?Answer
Use only manufacturer-approved accessories. Non-approved hoses/nozzles can reduce performance, affect auto-stop, or void the warranty.
