TN-9002C Single Needle Drop-feed Sewing Machine/Quilters Edition Option

The new Titan TN-9002C is the latest in the technology advancements at Titan. The TN-9002C is a dry head sewing machine that comes equipped with an electronic stitch length control that increases reliability and sewing capability while decreasing fatigue on the operator and machine components. By adopting the electronic stitch length, you can now sew automatic stitches (decorative) at high speed.

The TN-9002C also uses a dual moving blade mechanism when cutting the thread which decreases the thread length left over, thus decreasing the thread nesting (often called birdnesting).

The dry head system used by the TN-9002C machine, had a completely enclosed oiling system that no longer uses an oil pan and pump to splash the oil around the machine.  When using a dry head system, the machine can lubricate the machine and keep this tank sealed and helping avoid oil staining and damage to the sewn product.

All the controls, including reverse, needle positioning and stitch length control are in close proximity to the operator’s hands while sewing, avoiding repetitive reaching motions.

Improvements from the TN-9000C

• Stitch length is now controlled by step motor which allows the operator to have more consistent stitch control and can do decorative forward and back stitching at high speed
  
• Oil pan is now gone and the oil tank keeps the oil from leaking or splashing around on material or operators. 
  
• It now has (2) moving blades instead of one fixed and one moving which allows for the thread cutting to leave much smaller tails.
  
• Electronically controlled foot lifter which requires much less pressure to lift the presser foot by knee.
  
• Improved internal components make the machine much smoother and quieter.
